My company has a private hydrotherapy pool and we were having some issues with standing water, slippery floors and build of dirt in the tile grout. We were looking for an economical solution to help us to clean the tiles daily and keep it in the safest possible condition for our patients. We contacted Scott from Spillz and he offered us an Omniflex Autovac which was at a great price point and which we have used over the past several months with great results. We no longer have to pay hundreds of dollars every few months for a clean now that we are able to do it ourselves in just a few minutes each day and the overall result is much better.

The Kaivac machine has been great for us we have had it for 10 years now & is going strong. Have had no breakdowns as we clean it daily. We use it for cleaning bathrooms & amenity blocks & washing carpets it is excellent for that the only thing we have had to replace on a regular basis is the squeegee blades which after continuous use ware down. Also we have gone through a couple of hoses through ware.
I would recommend this machine is great & good for cleaning up spillages we have the 1750 model.

When first hearing about the Kaivac Machine our team was very excited. We use the machine daily and at times, numerous times a day. It’s been really great having a go to, all in one machine to thoroughly clean our accommodation area’s at our Dog Boarding Facility. It’s great to be able to ensure all our area’s are disinfected, hosed and dry with out having multiple equipment to do so. The machine makes for easy cleaning for the smallest or biggest mess that we may experience, daily cleans, maintenance cleans, drain cleaning and even cobwebbing! The convenience of being able to use high pressure or low pressure hosing with only limited water use ensures we are also helping with our environment. The versatile vacuum head that can not only be used on the floors but also the walls ensure that our rooms for our guest’s are always cleaned and dry to the highest of standard.
It’s been an easy training process and the entire team has adapted well with the lack of physical demand and it being very simple and easy to use.
We look forward to continuing to explore this machine,

Zangers Bangers – OmniFlex Dispense and vac
We recently bought a Kaivac Omniflex system for our retail butcher shop and it has been worth every penny. The system is the backbone of our Waste Water Management processes. It acts as our portable drain system and makes cleaning of our facility so much easier. The system is easily operated by one person providing huge cost and time savings. Its a hygienic alternative to mops which can easily harbor bacteria and other micro organisms. Thanks team Spillz for your responsiveness and effective advice.
