Introduction: At Spillz, we prioritize your satisfaction with our quality products. Before making any purchases, please familiarize yourself with our Refund and Returns Policy.
- Change of Mind: Please make your selections carefully, as refunds and replacements are not available for changes of mind, incorrect selections, or if you find the items at a lower price elsewhere. We recommend a careful review of your orders before proceeding with the purchase.
- Inspection Timeframe: Inspect items promptly upon delivery. Claims for incorrectly delivered, defective, or significantly damaged items must be made within 5 business days of delivery.
- Return Process: How to Make a Claim: To initiate a return, obtain an authorized return authorization number from Spillz. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Include the return address, authorization number, a printed proof of purchase, and the original Australia Post receipt with your returned package. Return address details will be provided upon obtaining the return authorization number.
- Return Expenses: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your claim is approved, a full refund for freight expenses will be provided for items returned via standard delivery with Australia Post, provided the original Australia Post receipt is included.

- Replacement or Refund Conditions: You are entitled to a replacement or a full refund for items incorrectly delivered or with a major defect or significant damage. Claims must be made within 5 business days of delivery. Items must be returned in the condition received with all original accessories and/or manuals.
- Processing Your Request: Once we receive your returned items and confirm they meet our policy requirements, we will promptly process your refund or replacement. You will be notified of the status of your return request.
